At Hi Vis Safety US, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-visibility apparel and safety gear. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
